Tie-up with namma auto. Same as marketing on MTC buses, vinyl stickers were put up on Namma auto running at three cities in tamilnadu – Chennai, Coimbatore and Madurai.
As a usual design process, the banner was designed of 300px/inch resolution. When the design was send to print , logistics requested for a better resolution of the design. We were confused, that the banner was of usual printing resolution. Later we came to know that , since the print was to be taken on vinyl material (sticker), resolution must be higher than usual digital prints. then the banner was designed on a new canvas of higher resolution (600 pixels/inch).
This was the largest banner designed in Kurukshetra’15. It took around 180 minutes for designing. The difficult part in this was none other than gathering contents that is to be included into the banner from each and every team (i.e. team Guest Lectures,K!arnival(carnival), Projects, Workshops, Events, Marketing and HR).

Xceed was started as Kurukshetra’s outreach event in the year 2008. Transcending geographical boundaries, Xceed serves to be a miniature version of Kurukshetra encompassing competent events and ideas inducing Workshops. Apart from bagging lot of prizes, the winners of Xceed get an enviable opportunity to be a part of the grand final stage at Kurukshetra.
Coming to T-Shirt Design! On the front side, Comes the Xceed name inside a bigger X. It represents the four places where xceed was planned to be conducted in India. Namely IIT Kanpur, IIM banglore, Kumaraguru college of technology and IIM kozhikode .
My second task was to design a banner of size 10*8 ft . The banner should Describe about the main events of K!.
K! student director interview, being the 2nd round , to test my designing skill, I was directed to design a poster. They suggested me to design on any of the topic (events that were held in K!14), one “Alcatraz” and the other “Chaos Theory”. I preferred the second . The Duration was 1:30 hrs. I started my design and ended with this.
